Wellness "Logeren in de Linie" uses the following general conditions. These are valid from the moment of reservation up to and including the stay in our holiday homes.
Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Wellness "Logeren in de Linie", Achterdijk 10A, 3998 NG Schalkwijk.
When entering into a lease agreement, these General Terms and Conditions take effect.
When requested, a copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided to users free of charge.
The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the users. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs are for users account.
All risks related to a stay in Wellness "Logeren in de Linie" are for users account.
Damage and loss of all property of the owner must be reported immediately by the users and reimbursed to the owner.
Guests must follow owner's instructions.
The owner may, in the event of a violation of these General Terms and Conditions and improper behavior, with immediate effect deny and / or refuse access to Wellness "Logeren in de Linie" without further notice and explanation of reasons and without reimbursement of accommodation costs.
The administration of the owner is decisive in case of mutual disagreement unless the users can prove the contrary.
Guests of Wellness "Logeren in de Linie" must adhere to the following Rules and Regulations.
Rene Koteris and Ellen Bogaerts are the owners and managers of Wellness "Logeren in de Linie", otherwise referred to as the owner. The owner can be replaced.
The Barrel sauna belongs to the Onderhuys.
HOUSEHOLD RULES
Arrival and departure.
The visiting hours are the same as the arrival and departure times of the holiday homes, with the restriction that the Wellness can be used between 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Deviations from agreed times can only be made in consultation.
Extending your stay is only possible in consultation and against payment. Every fifteen minutes that you check out too late without prior approval will be charged; €15, - per 15 minutes. To be paid on the spot. There is no refund for early departure.
Noise pollution, in particular between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., must be prevented.
No more than 4 people are allowed.
Visitors may not stay in the Wellness without the permission of the manager and without (additional) payment. Immediately report the presence of suspicious persons to the owner.
No pets allowed.
Smoking in Wellness "Logeren in de Linie" is not allowed, if the owner discovers that guests have smoked anyway, a fine of €250, - will be charged immediately.
The use of the Wellness Center is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for correct use of the sauna. They must adhere to the instructions for use, as made available to them through explanation from the owner and as described in the house rules and the manual that can be found in the holiday homes. In the event of damage caused by improper use of the Wellness Center and other household effects (including bath linen if rented), this will be recovered from the tenant immediately. This also applies to excessive soiling of bath linen and bedding.
The use of candles, (massage) oil is not allowed. It is not permitted to use liquids and / or drinks and / or food in the sauna. It is not permitted to use oil or bath products other than the bath salts offered. We take good care of our Wellness; we expect our guests to enjoy all facilities and also be careful with it.
