You can book by email and telephone. We confirm the reservation within 3 days. Your reservation is final after 25% of the rent has been transferred to our bank account, unless otherwise is agreed.
The remaining amount must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the reservation is made within two weeks before the start of the rental period, you must pay the amount due at once.
Bringing your pet is not allowed unless otherwise agreed.

The tenant, mentioned in the rental confirmation, is responsible for an orderly procedure in and around the holiday home. Breakage / loss or damage to inventory or accommodation must therefore be immediately settled by the tenant. We accept no liability for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and / or goods during or as a result of the stay at the accommodation.
Payments are also your cancellation costs; in case you cancel your stay for some reason or cancel it early. If you wish, you must therefore take out cancellation insurance yourself.
For your and our safety and that of the animals, as well as clauses in the insurance policy, it is forbidden to smoke or use an open fire in all areas.
